qPCR 檢測
以人、煙草 RNA 為模板,分別使用 TransGen 和 Company V 產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行反轉(zhuǎn)錄,PCR (AS131) 和 qPCR (AQ601) 檢測反轉(zhuǎn)錄效果。結(jié)果表明, TransGen 產(chǎn)品反轉(zhuǎn)錄效果更好。
